Problem Solved: 2020 was a year of global chaos as COVID-19 spread, impacting millions—including children who had to adapt to online learning. Wanting to create something fun yet meaningful, I designed an 8-bit animated PSA Loop featuring Baby Mel, a superhero inspired by my niece Melanie, who just wanted to keep everyone—especially Grandma—safe.

Armed with her soap machine shooter, Baby Mel takes on Covidhead in a retro-style battle, promoting responsibility and awareness in a way that both kids and adults could enjoy. The animation blended pixel art with classic video game sound effects sourced from Adobe Free Sounds and Freesounds.org, bringing this playful yet important message to life.
