Overview
As Lead Motion Designer at Smartly, I partnered with Doordash on multiple campaigns, delivering animations that aligned with their brand standards and creative vision.

Approach
I managed the full motion pipeline from storyboarding and creating animatics to final execution, ensuring each asset matched the creative brief and met Doordash’s quality expectations. One of the many compliments I received was for the fast turnaround on a tight deadline they apologized for putting me in. I developed quick, high-impact solutions to bring their characters to life without full rigging. If more time had been available, these characters would have been fully rigged with more complex movement, but the approach delivered strong results within the time constraints. By leveraging Smartly’s software, I also created templated animations that could be translated and repurposed through Google Sheets adaptation, making large-scale content updates quick and efficient.

Impact
The high-quality motion graphics met campaign objectives and strengthened the client relationship, resulting in contract renewals and continued collaboration with Doordash.
