Push Collaborative
Freelance Senior Motion Designer
Role: Motion Design, Storyboarding, Pitch Design
Brought in to support the team while one of their lead creatives was on family leave. During this time, I helped concept, storyboard, and animate multiple brand-forward motion pieces across different campaigns. I also contributed to pitch deck design and provided creative support beyond animation when needed. The work required tight turnarounds, collaborative problem-solving, and flexibility across evolving scopes — ultimately delivering polished videos and helping maintain project momentum during a transitional period.
Storyboard - magnit
Magnit ai
This project has been live for a couple of months now, and while a lot has changed since then, I wanted to finally share the animation I worked on — along with some behind-the-scenes love. After a few rounds of storyboards, this direction was greenlit.
I worked on a series of motion assets to help elevate Magnit’s brand across digital platforms. From storyboarding and visual development to full 2D animation, I made sure every piece aligned with brand guidelines and met tight production timelines. Collaborated closely with the creative team to craft clean transitions, layout systems, and motion that made their messaging feel clear, modern, and intentional.
Palo ALto Styleframes
Palo Alto Networks
Freelance Motion Designer (via Push Collaborative)
With a fast-moving deadline, I was brought in to quickly develop styleframes and define the visual direction using Palo Alto’s brand guidelines and a few client references. There wasn’t time to flesh out a full storyboard, so I focused on rapid design solutions and clean transitions that aligned with the brand’s tone.
The client loved the direction and greenlit the project right away.
Here’s a behind-the-scenes look — the original video they provided is on the left, and the final version I storyboarded and animated is on the right. I also rendered out a version that’s sped up 5x so you can catch the full transformation in a quick glance.
PANW Storyboard for video 2
Palo Alto Networks – Explainer Series
Storyboard Artist & Motion Designer (via Push Collaborative)
I was brought in to help develop two explainer videos for Palo Alto Networks under a tight timeline.
For the first video, I handled everything from rapid styleframe development to full animation — creating a visual language rooted in their brand guidelines and solving for smooth transitions on the fly. The client loved the outcome and greenlit a second video soon after.
The second explainer focused solely on provided video footage. I crafted a new storyboard that allowed the narration to flow while keeping the visual treatment consistent with the first. While I didn’t get to animate the second one (it was handed off after the storyboard phase), I’m proud of the structure and hope it kept the same rhythm and clarity we established in the first piece.
YMCA Retirement Storyboard
YMCA
Storyboard Artist (via Push Collaborative)
As part of my freelance work with Push Collaborative, I was tasked with creating a full storyboard for a new YMCA campaign. Working closely with the creative team, I developed a visual narrative that aligned with the brand’s mission and tone — focusing on clarity, inclusivity, and energy throughout each frame.
The storyboard was approved by the client and ready for production, but I didn’t get the chance to animate it, as this was the final project I contributed to before the in-house designer returned from leave. Still, proud of the concept and direction — and excited it moved forward with the foundation I helped build.
